Enable private listings can't be enabled

Dear swarm intelligence, I urgently need your help. I want to install an app on my Jira Software Cloud instance and it has always worked so far, but now I can't activate "Enable private listings". The box is not clickable. Does anyone have an idea?

I have the same problem.

Is it possible that this is caused by using the free plan for my jira instance?

I can't reproduce this or know how this could be blocked.

I might be an instance issue, I would contact Atlassian Support regarding this issue
