Enable child-issue planning for kanban teams on the roadmap toggle not visible

Hi

We  have been using Enable child-issue planning for Kanban teams on the roadmap for a while now but upon creating a new Kanban board within a Company managed project the option to toggle this on is no longer visible as of now (05/12/22). It is also not visible on other Roadmaps that already had this enabled but the child level issues are still showing on the Roadmaps for those other Boards/projects.

Is this a deliberate move and in which case where is the setting now available? Or is this a bug?

It would appear to have been a bug of some sort as the toggle is now once again visible in the usual place.
