Hello,

If I have personnel roles like the following, how can I set it up for the easiest changes in the future?

Weaving Supervisor
Production Supervisor
Supply Chain Supervisor
Building 1 Champion
Building 2 Champion
Building 3 Champion

The goal would be that when a person changes roles, it can be easily changed without having to edit every permission across the board.

Hi Preston,

I would create groups for each of those roles. Then link the Group to the Role in the project settings.

That way, when person leaves that role, you just remove them from the group, and everywhere that uses that role will be updated.
