Emails in jira version 8.6.1

Good Afternoon,
I am kindly asking if there is a way for Jira to send notification emails with the same message ID to all users/recipients involved in that issue.
We have the batching functionality enabled. However, we are looking for a way, if any, to send the summary of issue to the users in the same email - therefore this results in the same message ID in our smtp server.
