I have set up incoming mail handling for JIRA Cloud so that emails from both internal and external addresses to the default cloud mail server are automatically created as JIRA tasks in a specific project. This, for the most part, works great.
However, for one specific external email domain, the incoming emails never appear to be processed -- no reported errors, no JIRA task created, just nothing. When we were on a locally hosted JIRA Server, I would just go and check atlassian-jira-incoming-mail.log to figure out what was going on but there does not seem to be an equivalent under JIRA Cloud. I've so far ruled out the most common issues (such as attachment too large or email address already exists on the server as a disabled user) but I can't figure out this one.
Any suggestions or is a "Talk to Atlassian support and get them to check their logs" type deal?
