When sending/forwarding an email to a ticket (Example) HELP-123, it does not populate into the ticket. We had been using this feature for some time now and it is gone.

There is currently an active issue with Microsoft email that is impacting the email handler in JSM, so if you are using Microsoft that would explain it. Please check https://jira-service-management.status.atlassian.com/ for the latest status.
