Email this issue jira plugin - create issue from html or rich text email

I am able to create issue and set custom field value from plain email. I am unable to set value from email body when email format is html or rich text.

Is anybody know how to solve it?

Hi Michal,

When you extract value from email body, email this issue always uses the text version of the email body to match the regex.

Can you please share your regex, your field type and a est email with me? Feel free to send me emails directly to my email address.

Hi Tibor,

you were right about the text version of the email body.

I manage and now it works for every email format: HTML, plain text, rich text.

I modified regular expression (removed new line characters).
