Hi all,

I'm on a fresh JIRA OnDemand solution and I want to be able to email back to non-jira users with issue updates.

So I've read that apparently I need a plugin called "Email This Issue". https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.metainf.jira.plugin.emailissue

But when I follow the instuctions (go to market place, search for it) then its not available?

Besides that - are there any other solutions?

best
Jesper

It's not available on OnDemand, that's why you can't find it.

There aren't many other options, probably the best you can do is use the "share this issue" link at the top right of the issue view (next to export), but that won't fix your "not a Jira user" problem
