When i was trying to email the issue , it is not showing the preview & if i proceed by sending, The comments which made on the ticket is not showing except fields.
Could you please assist me to achieve the Case.

For preview, please make sure that you have entered at least one recipient, because preview does not work when there is no recipient.
If the comments are included or not depends on your templates.
