I am getting below error message when i am setting up email account with service desk. The mail id and password is correct as per Microsoft O365 A/c. Pls help.
Unfortunately JIRA couldn't connect to the mail server. Here is what the mail server said: "Connection timed out: connect"
Could you try sending a test mail, with the logging enabled (from the mail server setup screen). That should give you more of the error than "connection timed out"
