I comment to existing issue view email using outlook client but entire email string will treat as the body of the mail content so it updated in that's task comment.
I created mail handlers with "Create a new issue or add a comment to an existing issue" and added these below properties but still email content not trim
- Bulk: ignore
- CC Assignee: true
- CC Watchers: true
- Create Users: false
- Notify Users: true
- Split Regex: /From: *|___.*|On .*wrote:|----Orig.*|On .*(JIRA).*|.*(JIRA).*wrote:/
- Strip Quotes: true
What will do to fix this?
