How can I allow non registered users to receive a notification email after they have created a ticket, via email?
Allowing each user to create a a registered account is not an acceptable solution unless JIRA can allow these account to not affect my overall user license (snark). I need some way of taking the non registered email, which can be seen in the actual ticket, and automatically sending the ticket creation/updates email notifications to it.
