Unable to receive any email notifications for any updates, creations, comments or anything else. The settings are all enabled at the moment, and they used to work before.

 

Does anyone have any insight?

Could you please try checking this out - Not receiving email notifications in Jira cloud .

If that still doesn't work, I wonder if all the emails have been bounced/blocked?
