What is the best way to be able to send files via email notification from Jira (Comments) to an external vendor so that they don’t need access to Jira? Plugins or native functionality?

Hi @Mihir Talsania 

I believe you need a 3rd party app to do that through a workflow transition. Not sure you can send an attachment in connection with a comment at all...
