What kind of email preview do you mean for the email notifications? The notifications are being sent based on the permission scheme (company-managed). The only preview that may be seen is the one for customer notifications within the Jira service management product. Also, the "preview" of the email notification can be defined within the automation rule action Send email, where you define how your email will look like with the addition of smart values.
