Email notification about concrete label being added to the issue

Can someone help me with setting up automated email notification about given label being added to the ticket?

Is such option available at all?

Hi @dominik , you can use Project automation to accomplish this. The below is a basic example. One thing you will have to figure out is defining some strict conditions to prevent getting email every subsequent issue edit.

Can you please provide me with a concrete step-by-step repro showing how to reach that field?

Maybe due to lack of permissions I do not see any Project automation settings - neither within project settings nor within the particular issue.

Not out of the box. And being in the cloud your options for plugins is limited. Adding a label would count as editing for notification purposes but you can't filter on what label is added.
