Email is not sent when member is in more than one team - Tempo planner

1. Create 2 teams in tempo

2. Add the same user as a member of both teams

3. Assign two different users as approvers/team leaders of each team. 

4. Create a time request from Tempo Planner.

5. Email is NOT sent to selected time approver.

6. Remove the member from one team

7. Create a time request from Tempo Planner.

8. Now email notification is sent to the team approver
