Email handler without POP3/IMAP

Hi Community, 

Have an interesting question, maybe. 

Jira has great functionality of creating issues from Outlook, that is fine. But within the company it was decided to switch off POP3/IMAP protocols, which lead us into the situation, where functionality can not be used based on that.

We have "Email This issue" plugin if it helps, some cloud solution is not an option for now, since Azuze is not approved..

Any ideas will be really appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Jira (and its addons) only support POP3 and IMAP (and their secure versions).

You'll need to tell your company to not downgrade their mail servers.
