Hi, we have configured a max attachment size of 2GB (configuration -> system -> attachment files), but when we try to create a Jira task from an email containing an attachment with a larger size than 7 or 8MB, the taks is never created.
We have no problem with attachments sizes in our mail server, and when we create a Jira taks directly from Jira we are able to attach those files that don't allow to create a tak when are attached to an email.
We will appreciate if someone could explain us which is the problem and how to solve it.
