I signed up for my Atlassian account with my email address from https://tutanota.com/. They are a privacy conscious email provider. Now, I get messages that other Tutanota email holders have joined my 'company'. And, sure enough, I can see other people's private projects and repos in my Jira account. And, they can probably see mine.
There is something seriously wrong the logic used to determine that Tutanota is a company that we all work for. They are only an email provider. Can you imagine if this happened with Gmail account holders?
In addition, I can move other people's Jira projects to the trash!
Not sure how to reach out to support to report a bug, but if this isn't resolved, I'll have to move from Atlassian to another provider that is secure.

admin.atlassian.com and select your site then go to Site Access…
Thanks Jack, I did not know that existed. I really appreciate it.
I apologize for deleting another user's Jira project, and essentially locking them out of their account :(
