Email all Jira users

We recently fixed a Jira bug; and I want to send an email notifying all of my Jira users. Can anyone tell me how to do that? Thanks.

Hi Leslie,

Simply go to your JIRA administration pages, find the Send Email menu underneath the Systems Tab. Now select all groups in the select list, write your email and press Send :)

On the administrator screen there is a way to send emails. If you select the jira-user group it will go to all the users.
