Email Notifications how do I change the persons name who it comes from?

When we receive email notifications, the email comes from Rachel Laing<jira@golfmg.atlassian.net - I dont have a clue who Rachel Laing is, can I change this name or is this someone from JIRA? does anyone know

Hello Michelle,

That is the Full name from the user's profile entering the comment. Unless it's an user profile you have access to, I don't think you have the opportunity to change the name.
