Email Notifications are not send anymore

Hello,

I don't get email notification from Jira and confluence. I get them earlier, nothing was updated in settings, they just stoped to be sent about one or two weeks ago. 

All the settings are correct within 'My Personal settings'

notifications in Jira are issued based on the configuration of the project. Depending on the event and the configuration under project settings – Notifications, a user may not receive a notification for that event. With this said could you please indicate what event is occurring where you would expect a notification. Check this event type under the project settings, assuming you're an administrator, and assess if the user should receive a notification for that event.

This is my setup, but I don't get any email notification, for example, when someone mentions me

Hi Pavel, so while that configuration is important it isn't all that is involved when it comes to setting up notifications. For the given project of interest please go to project settings – notifications and explore the details of how your project is configured. If you are unable to access this information then you do not have the necessary permissions to configure the project. For this you will need to reach out to your project admin.
