Email Notification issue in jira software server application

Hi All,

Our Jira software users are not receiving the outgoing emails and i can see the emails are struck in "Mail Queue" & "Error Queue". still the issue is same even after server reboot. can anyone please help us to fix this issue.

Most likely a problem with the smtp server, https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/troubleshoot-notifications-in-jira-203394737.html
