We tried to set up an email handler for our JIRA Software project but are getting an error that fails with A3 BAD User authenticated but not connected. I have referred to the article below but no luck,

I checked on our O365 Tenant settings and found out that IMAP and POP is disabled globally in our client access rule. Does anyone found a work around with this kind of scenario?
