Email Domain change

Hi Community,

I’m looking for guidance on updating user email addresses across all Atlassian accounts.

We want to change the email domain for all users, for example:
user@domain1.com → user@domain2.com

The username part remains the same; only the domain changes.

Could you please advise:

• Is there a bulk or automated way to update email addresses for all users?

In addition to @Marc -Devoteam- 's article, the procedure is pretty straightforward.

• Verify domain2
• (unlink any iDP to make them local accounts)
• Change the email addresses

changing the addresses can be done through API so you won't need to manually update each one
