Dear support,
I´ve went trough all this documentations and community support but no clue on having this working properly.
I would like to have the emails sent out to our costumers when replying comes to add the comment to the respective JIRA issue, but on all the tests we made, we sincronize a bunch of emails from our email server we loads of trash inside.
We are currently using google for email notifications and this is working quite good, but not
this specific case, we would linke do have something like this: on the emai sent out:
##- Please type your reply above this line -##
and the reply of this would be a comment on the relevant issue
