Electronic Signature Plugin from Andrey V Markelov

I can not add an Electronic Signature base custom field.

Every time I try, I get the following error.

The second image shows which modules need to be disabled to allow the custom field selector dialog to be displayed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Andrey, not sure if it is a problem on my end or not. I am very new to JIRA so I was glad to see that Tim was having the same issue. Hope you can help, thanks again... Lawrence

Tim, this is the same error I get. I logged this a couple of days ago and because I am new to JIRA, I may have not done it correctly. If you get an answer I would appreciate it if you could pass it on to me. Here is my email: lawrence@televerohealth.com Thanks Tim.
