Effort estimation for a task

Hi Team -

Below are the details for my JIRA installation:-

Version 6.2.1

Build Number 6256

Server ID BBFB-5UNV-26Q1-Y7NJ

Support Entitlement Number (SEN) SEN-3412777

License Type JIRA 25 Users:

Commercial License User Limit 25 (19 currently active)

Query

I'm not able to find the field where in I can put a planned work estimate for a task. Please help me.

We don't need your support details - we're not support.

You should have the field "original estimate" available, assuming you have enabled time-tracking and have not messed around with your screens too much. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Configuring+Time+Tracking
