Editor does not work- content disappears

after upgrading lira to 7.10 and Servicedesk to 3.13.0 we are not able to use the editor for description, comments and so on.

clicking in the field, the Editor appears, but you are not able to please the cursor in the spacer do anything.

normal textfields like in tempo are working

deactivation of Rich Text Editor goes back to the legacy Editor and works.
