Hi,
we're recently unable to edit comments, that have been posted before within Jira Service Desk Tickets. It doesn't matter, if the the comment will be "posted internally" or "share with customer". In both option we do now have the following error message.
Any idea what might be the reason for this?
We didn't make any changes in the configuration.
Thanks for your quick response. Yes, we do use several plugins. I tried to go ahead as suggested but even this causes an error. I'm unable to enter the safe mode:

There is some error at instance level. Try to restart the application cleaning the plugin cache (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-clear-jira-s-plugin-cache-1157468195.html)

Hi @Timo Saueressig ,
did u installed a third part plugin on your JIRA instance? Try to perform the same action after enabling safe mode (https://confluence.atlassian.com/upm/disabling-and-enabling-apps-273875716.html). If it works it means that there's some app causing your issue.

Hi,
we did this now as well but also with no effect. Safe mode or editing comments is still not possible.
