Editing Jiras in the new Jira cloud interface
For the life of me I can not figure out how to edit a Jira issue after creating it in the new interface. There seem to be no option to edit, and I am an administrator so IDK what it is I am doing wrong here. I am also unable to find how to edit my board either, I want to simply change the board's name and I bumped into the option by accident when the board was originally created and haven't been able to find it since. I am attaching a screenshot of what my options are for my first problem. I do not have an edit option.

editing in new UI - the "edit" has been deprecated. all editing is done directly on the screen vs. bringing up a new modal.
board name - if you are talking about a kanban or scrum board then you still click on the ellipses and go into board settings and general
