Hello!

I have some tasks in my sprint 5 that started in sprint 4 but were not finished, so they were transferred to sprint 5.

In sprint 5, I finished that tasks but i forgot to update the task to "Done", so the tasks were transferred to my new sprint 6. How can I edit sprint 5 and update their status to Done, so tasks don't appear in sprint 6?

I also need to take a printscreen from the end of updated sprint 5, how can I do that?

Hope you can help me.

Hi @Filipa Carvalho , while you can certainly mark an issue as done from the backlog independent of a sprint, if you wish to update the sprint data you would need to reopen then close the sprint which would change the end date.

Hi @Filipa Carvalho welcome to the community.  As mentioned you can mark the ticket Done from the backlog status is not tied to the sprints.  The tickets that moved to sprint 6 that you don't in there simply pull them out of the sprint an into your backlog then mark them as Done.
