Edit "Open Issues" - "Switch filter"

How do I edit the project in the "Tasks" in the "Open tasks" option - "Open Issues" - "Switch filter" filters that are created by default to your favorite or frequently used?

You'd need to hack the core code that generates the menu - this is actually buried quite deep, it's not just tweaking a display template or properties file, you're down to hacking the java.
