Edit email address for billing invoices

Hello,

We would like all billing invoices for all subscriptions going to one centrally managed email address. How do I currently change this for Jira cloud?

Billing related email notifications are sent to the billing admin. You can add or update a billing admin following the steps in this document:

Sorry for replying here, but I have a follow-up question. Is the new billing administrator a new paying user or just an email address?

Hey @Maja Hartlich

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The billing admin isn't a paid user. Only the users who have access to one or more Atlassian apps (like Jira, Confluence etc.) count towards the billed users for that app.
