You have tagged your post to indicate you are using Jira Cloud, but based on the elements shown in your screen image you are actually using a self hosted version of Jira (Jira Server or Jira Data Center).
Some of the elements that you see in that area cannot be removed. Can you tell us specifically which ones you are trying to remove?
In general, you manage which fields are visible on the screen through the Jira Settings > Issues > Screens configurations. Jira will automatically group some of the fields in those panels on the right.

It is also possible to Hide fields by managing the Field Configuration. There are links to information about that in the article above.
