Command-line arguments: -os macosx -ws cocoa -arch x86_64 -product org.eclipse.epp.package.jee.product -keyring /Users/xxxxxxxx/.eclipse_keyring -showlocation

By using the Nightly Build of the Atlassian Connector I am now able to pull JIRA information in to Mylyn.

The update site for nightly builds is: http://update.atlassian.com/atlassian-eclipse-plugin/rest/nightly/e3.6/
