Easy printout for todo lists

Hello,

im not quiet new to jira and atlassian but actually very active in porting projects from asana to jira by hand to start with a clean projectmanagement in 2024.

But something I do really miss: The easier printout or Pdf files generation in an ordered list as I used in the past with Asana. I really loved the small squares / checkboxes in the lists. I could provide a sample-PdF but did not found an upload button in this form for files or screenshots.

How could this feature tiny request can be integrated in one of the next roll-outs?

Hi @Patrick Emmler , welcome to the community.

You can create a filter and set up a subscription to email that filtered results to you on a scheduled basis. You can also export a filter list to excel. I guess it comes down to what you want to do with a print out. In most scenarios a print out will get dated very quickly. You mentioned having a checkbox, which is not provided within Jira. Is the checkbox intended to be a means of checking it off when the issue is done? If so, that seems to circumvent the intent of Jira itself.
