Easy Redmine integration in Jira

Hello community,

I need to integrate Easy Redmine with Jira.

Easy Redmine is not present in Atlassian app list.

Is it possible to integrate it? 

If yes, can you please provide me with the documentation or any resource which I can use to perform the action.

Some actions, I want to perform when integrated:

1. Automatic ticket creation/updation in Easy Redmine when issue gets created/updated in JIra.

It seems that Zapier is paid service which integrates software together.
