Welcome to the community! 

Can you share a bit more context? Maybe a screenshot of where you used to see the fields, and now they are gone?

My first thought would be that someone edited some configuration causing the fields to be hidden or removed. Do you have admin permissions in your environment by any chance? Otherwise, it would be wise to contact your project admin or product admins to get it sorted.
