I assume you are looking for access to https://eudralink.ema.europa.eu/. If that is the case then you need to contact their support. I took a quick look and it seems like they are using Jira Service Desk and that would explain why you ended up here.

@Séb, this is not support for Enduralink, you would be better off contacting their support via the link I provided above. This community is for Atlassian tools, and based on what I found they are using Jira Service Desk and that is most likely how you ended up here...
