ERROR - Server IP address could not be found

I am not able to use Jira cloud scripting addons in my instance as I am getting an error for all the scripting addons saying "1rujnbd-137t5zp5fz-2lkyrp5u2q--1b8ijfj-2ckr21ctt4-yfj0h7kv7.cdn.prod.atlassian-dev.net’s server IP address could not be found."
"1usvuw1-1e2bdr09d3-2q2ini7un9--1myhnqn-k2p5zo3h-2celj8eh2c.cdn.prod.atlassian-dev.net’s server IP address could not be found."
Please assist me with this issue.
