Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
This is not really an error code, it's a tag for Atlassian to group together everyone having the same problem.
There's not a lot you can do about it beyond reporting it to Atlassian (please do!), as it is something they need to fix.
Since the user is on the Free version they won't be able to open a support case, so I've added a tag to the post to alert the Atlassian team.

Hi @Виктория
I created a support case on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-895491
If you could, it might help to identify the specific URL of the page you were viewing when this error occurred. Taking a screenshot of the error and the page might also help here. Please include those to the support ticket.
I did not find any other reports of this specific error, so I expect that our support team will need to take a closer look at your Cloud environment to try to determine the cause and solution here.
Thanks
Andy
