Has anyone seen  ERROR: 1JBKBO0 when loading Jira? It seems to not allow you to view any details on stories, tasks, and bugs. This also seems to resolve itself if you give it 10 minutes.

It seem that was Atlassian Cloud problem - please visit https://status.atlassian.com/
