I have set up and configure an e-mail server, everything is ok, excepct one, i cant send an invite to users,test mail was successfully sended, i can also send other e-mails from JIRA, it is only invites i could send

how to solved?
I changed indexed language and default language to current language we using for texting, in my case russian.
