Dynamic table on the user portal

I would like to know if there is anything similar to what is in the photo. I want users to be able to make some entries. There may be an alternative in the built-in jira feature. Or maybe free plugins.

Hi Varvara,

You might consider capturing the data in a spreadsheet and then doing a CSV import to create the work items.

Yes @Varvara K_ , I think @John Funk is onto something here.

You could upload a spreadsheet to the ticket in a comment visible to the customer, and then ask them to compile the information you need.

Do you think that would work / help?

This solution works without any additional plugins / development.

@Valerie Knapp @John Funk Thank you for your answer!
Unfortunately, this solution doesn't suit me, as the user shouldn't have to perform so many unnecessary steps when creating a request. I want to find a solution that's easy to use for both the user and our agents. You'll agree, the format I'm showing in the photo is very user-friendly. I also considered forms, but the user can't click the "Add another record" button there, for example. These were my ideas, so I asked the forum if you might have any ideas or experience with a solution for processing large amounts of similar data with different attribute values.

I found the same question in Atlassian Jira, maybe if you read, u understand me more https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-12953
Thank you!

May actual suggest was for the user(s) to fill out a spreadsheet and then you upload the spreadsheet as a CSV into Jira periodically to create the work items.

Hi @Varvara K_ , thanks for your post.

To be able to customise the portal, you will need to buy an app / plugin for this.

It's also not clear to me what you want to achieve. You have a table in the ticket and you want the Reporter / person who opened the ticket to be able to edit the table?

If you can confirm or explain better what you need, we will try to help.

Best wishes

@Valerie Knapp The gist is, I need users to be able to create multiple records with the same set of attributes but different values. So, I'm considering the option shown in the photo, where there are columns that control the data a record should contain, and the rows are the records themselves.
For example, a client asks me to create CloudFlare records. If I organize data collection through fields similar to the column names, this is practically impossible if there are multiple records and they are all different. Therefore, in the format shown in the photo, I can organize attribute export by column, and the client can add multiple records by filling out a request on the portal.
I hope you understand me
