We are facing an issue of multiple tickets being generated continuously through one e-mail until we remove them from the mailbox personally, this has happened with different e-mail ids.
The frequency of this issue has increased over the last 10 days.

So, I would suggest that you check the logs to see if the error message noted in that article is contained anywhere, and if not then Iw ould suggest you open a ticket with Support so we can investigate this issue further for you.

I have raised a ticket with Support and also received the same feedback as provided by you, have made the changes, will observe the same and see if the problem goes away
