Duplicated epics on the timeline

Hi. I found the timeline quite useful however I can't get rid of duplication of epics. On the board, we have initiatives and epics. Those epics and initiatives have a parent/child relationship. On the timeline, epics are displayed twice. Once as nested under the initiative, then as a separate line. 

I hope that the snip below clarifies what I mean. Ideally, I would like to have a list of initiatives and then arrows on the left to expand the view to see relevant epics (children).

Those don't look like duplicates but two epics with same Summary. 

Key is -64 in one and -63 in other, you will need to manually reassign tasks from one epic to other and delete additional one.

Not sure if I follow. 
Epics 63 and 64 are there twice. Both are linked as children to Initiative 46. I am not sure why I can see 63 and 64 under 46 (expanded view) AND also as a independent lines below that.
Note: Names are different but start the same.
