Duplicated Done status

Hi Community,

I somehow duplicated the Done status, and it happened by accident.

It appears only in the Status dropdown list; the workflow schema doesn't display the duplicated status.

Can someone advise how to fix it?

I think status is one in the scheme but you might have added multiple transitions to the same status. Please check or can you share the screenshot so it will be easy to help you further.

Is there a way to identify these 2 transitions? which screen would you like me to link?

You can check those in the workflow. Project setting>summary> workflow scheme>workflow

try to open the text view of workflow to locate these trasitions

Hi @Antonio Carvetta  In the image I see you have named the Transition from Done ->Done as Done and Done->Accepted as also done. Try to rename that as Accepted or something that you prefer to avoid confusion.

It seems Accepted 2 has also been created. I need to figure out a way to delete this other status which doesn't appear on the workflow

It's a transition you need to update/Change.

Hi @Antonio Carvetta , Welcome to the Atlassian Community! The status appears twice in the drop-down because you have added two transition between statuses, please edit the workflow and delete one transition, the 'Done' status will appear once only.
