Duplicate issues are being generated when registering Sub-Defect in Jira's XRay.

I'm using Jira's XRay.

Two plans were created by duplicating the Test Plan, and Test Execution was created in each plan. Here, duplicates are created in Test Execution, and duplicate issues are created when registering Sub-Defects.

The menu where duplicate artifacts are created is when an artifact is created using XRay's create test execution and create sub defect.

The issue continues to be duplicated, so please check it quickly.
